Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup active starter
  • cups bread flour
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried onion, dried garlic, flaky salt

Method
 

  1. Mix starter, flour, water, and salt into a standard sourdough boule dough. Complete bulk fermentation and shape.
  2. Before the final proof, brush the shaped dough with water.
  3. Press it firmly into a plate of everything bagel seasoning to coat.
  4. Proof and bake following your standard sourdough boule time and temperature.
